The lofts of the second phase of the project may possibly become one of the distinguishing features of the project as a whole. The original layout of the two-story building with its unusually spacious rooms and high ceilings prompted the idea of building lofts as a logical continuation of the building's genetic code. There are no two identical lofts in the project – each has its own history and value: a unique layout, two-level solutions, a spacious terrace, a separate entrance or its own exit to the inner park. Add to everything long daylight hours indoors.
