A PROJECT WITH ITS OWN PARK

Welcome to EDINBURGH Apartments&Lofts – a revitalized seaside property in the very heart of Jurmala, one of the most beautiful Baltic resorts! Located in Dzintari, on 2 Kalsnavas Street, it is less than 20 minutes away from Riga and 15 minutes away from Riga International Airport.

The project consists of two interconnected buildings with a height of two and five floors; the five-story building will be equipped with two elevators. THEARCHITECTURE RESPECTING ENVIRONMENT

The building reconstruction was conducted with respect to its unique surrounding environment and remarkable traditions of wooden architecture of the late 19th – early 20th century in Jurmala. The evidence of this can be found in the use of wood in the decoration of the facades, their traditional colors as well as the details of the balconies evoking so familiar carvings of these integral elements of Jurmala architecture.

In the second half of the 19th century, the site of the current Dzintari station was a summerhouse area for​​ rich Riga residents and Russian aristocracy, among which Princess Maria Alexandrovna, the daughter of Alexander II, was a frequent guest. In 1874. when Maria Alexandrovna married Alfred, the Herzog of Edinburgh, the place was renamed into Edinburgh.

Today, EDINBURGH Apartments&Lofts recalls the aristocratic traditions of historical Jurmala, at the same time offering its inhabitants modern comfort and high-quality design – as natural and self-evident values.
